Samaipata, February 24
At the root of cybernetics with poor infrastructure that matters most of Bolivia (to the extent that until the keyboard is misconfigured and can not find the accents), it is extremely difficult to keep this site, only ponder what the news and marginalizing any video-photographic material (it is a posting of unreleased when the connection permitting).
Samaipata Currently, a town halfway between Sucre and Santa Cruz, on the day we have tomorrow to make the so-called Ruta del Che, ie the way who walked by the famous Argentine commander in his attempt to create a guerrilla and later meet with Ricardo Masseti, whose body is still missing somewhere in the northern Chaco. This crossing deal two of our precious days, and once in Valle Grande, midway between Samaipata and La Higuera, will head to Cochin, then draw a cosmic voyage sailing the Western Hemisphere visiting Bolivian Oruro and La Paz.

"The EU must maintain the Common Position toward Cuba." Guillermo Farinas, thanking Award 2010 Sakharov
José Manzaneda, coordinator of Cubainformación .- The European Parliament has awarded in 2010, for the third time in the last 9 years, the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought, worth 50,000 euros, a representative of the so-called "dissidents" Cuba: After Oswaldo Payá and the Ladies in White, this year has been awarded to Guillermo Fariñas. Nominations as of the Saharawi Haidar or Israeli NGO Breaking the Silence has fallen by the wayside, another year. Something remarkable when compared with objective reality of human rights in Cuba with that of many countries, including some of their region, Honduras and Colombia, and furthermore, if one takes into account that Cuba is at the end of a process releases all the European Union considered "political prisoners."
Guillermo Fariñas is one of the most media coverage of the so-called "dissidents" in Cuba. Known for his huegas hunger, defined himself as a "counterrevolutionary" Cuba, and claims to be a supporter of the fight "no violence" against the Revolution. Numerous international media even called him the "Cuban Gandhi." But what is there in what they tell the media and institutions that defend and support?
In justification of the Sakharov Prize, for example, the European Parliament says that Guillermo Fariñas stay in prison due to his political activities. However, if you review his criminal history, we see that this is absolutely false.
Fariñas has been tried and convicted in Cuba on two occasions. In 1995 he was sentenced to three years in prison without imprisonment and a fine of 600 pesos, for assaulting a fellow of the hospital where I worked, which caused multiple injuries to his face and arms. The international press has been silent this entire event, which will undoubtedly shatter the image of his client. Several websites, such as the encyclopedia Wikipedia, arguing relativize the above assault that occurred in the heat of a discussion in which that Fariñas accused of corruption.
Guillermo Fariñas starred in a second violent assault in 2002 in the city of Santa Clara. On that occasion, attacked her with a stick to an old man after a political discussion. As a result, this person is there to practice a surgery to remove his spleen. Farina was sentenced to five years and ten months in prison. The mainstream media have not reflected this event.
Guillermo Fariñas has close ties with people and organizations of the extreme right in Miami, who receives funding. Fariñas payments are recognized by him in a letter, dated August 2009, addressed to Angel de Fana Serrano, known Miami terrorist paramilitary organization connected with the Alpha 66. Interestingly, Guillermo Fariñas recently applied the label of "terrorists" in the Mapuche Chileans who took a long hunger strike during the summer of 2010.
Unlike fighters Mapuche protests, hunger strikes Guillermo Fariñas are widely covered by international media. The last was made between February and July 2010, demanding the release of those who qualify as "prisoners of conscience" in Cuba. These prisoners, many of whom have since been released by the Cuban government following an agreement with the Catholic Church and the English Government, were convicted in courts of the Island by funding from the U.S. government, superpower-remember-submitted Cuba to an economic blockade condemned by the entire international community. Only the Agency for International Development (USAID) allocated for fiscal year 2009, the sum of 15.62 million dollars to the so-called "dissidents" in Cuba, with the intention of overthrowing the constitutional order in Cuba. The amounts from other institutions and organizations which in turn are funded by the U.S. government, multiplies that figure. From a legal standpoint, this funding makes these "dissidents" to staff the service of a superpower, which is illegal in any country in the world.
months ago, the English government offered to Guillermo Fariñas the possibility to migrate and be welcomed into English territory. It may seem odd that someone who, in his constant appearances in the international press, drawn as a living hell in Cuba, refuses to move to the ninth largest economy in the world and prefer to live in blocked a Third World country. But it's not whether you consider that Cuba would leave for Guillermo Fariñas to the substantial financial support from Miami millionaires and prizes of the European Union.

Sayings To Go On Top Of Christening Cakes
Express News, 2nd Bandera, Chapter 2: Special
Uyuni, February 17, 2011
Bolivian land arrived at last Wednesday afternoon, after a trip absolutely hellish that lasted about 11 hours, between Calama and the city of Uyuni.
addition to the salt flats (said of vast area contain only sodium chloride) the world's largest, Uyuni not have much to offer so we decided to visit the salt and go well shit as soon as possible.
The Salar is important not only for its tourist attractions but also because the entire population lives in the extraction, processing, packaging and subsequent marketing of salt. The different families pay a monthly or annual fee to get their own realm of exploitation and can reach 5,000 kg per day package.
we talk about this a lot more lines but it would be stressful for everyone. For more information on this exciting market mechanism please contact www.quecarajomeimportalasal.bol / yocomprocelusal.
As we said at the beginning of this fabulous story blogger, Uyuni is a poky old town rather dead, so the evening of the day we visited the genesis of all salt we embark on a bus that did not meet the minimum technical standard more towards Potosi .
Potosí, February 18
The arrival in Potosi (which means Qechua positive region) prodújose prowling the first hour of the eighteenth day of the second month of bimilésimo eleventh year of this era.
From the first moment we knew we were in town and not in a poky old town of Uyuni seedy as it was (no offense to any uyuninense). There were some mishaps on the road, mainly due to the parlous state of the routes that connect the various populations of Bolivia. The fascinating skill of our driver allowed us to reach destination safely but too tired for much chatter.
Uyuni had already paid the stay in the city that used to be a source of revenue for the sixteenth-century Spain, and also had paid to visit the cooperative mines operating here. Next slide please.
Potosí mines are the main attraction of the area (for those not laburar within them, course). The entire contingent traveling plunged into the depths of the mountain to see the details and pormayores of this unhealthy activity, except for "I prefer the humidity rather than the height" Campos, who chose to wait patiently at the gates of the mine. This sculpture represents one more or one less than the Devil, and he is paying tribute to all miners, offering alcohol, cigarettes and coca leaves. What Crazy, no? There is a deeper explanation of this figure but the amount of coca chewing was like we lost some cognitive abilities.
Today is carnival day in Potosi, but we're too stupid for the height, so we are in the hostel Koala Den (why a koala and no flame, no?), Scratching While the balls. Morning to the city of Sucre to continue this wonderful journey through lands of the altiplano.

Maglev by vacuum tunnel. Image: maikelnai71 gallery on flickr.com
A breakthrough in the field of magnetic levitation trains (Maglev) in vacuum tunnels has resulted in China. This is an experimental model developed in the Traction Power State Key Laboratory of Southwest Jiaotong University, capable of speeds ranging between 600 and 1,200 kilometers per hour. The technology would be available in ten years for use in transport.
A group of Chinese scientists seem to have found the key to developing a train can reach speeds greater than those of a plane. This is establishing a Global Times article published in China, as part of an investigation conducted by experts from the Southwest Jiaotong University.
According Shuai Bin, associate dean of the School of Traffic of that university, in the laboratory model magnetic levitation train tunnel was able to vacuum to run at a speed of between 600 and 1,200 kilometers per hour, while in theory this type of Maglev trains could reach speeds of up to 20,000 miles per hour.
According to expert forecasts, this new technology could be operational within 10 years, while new Maglev train would arrive at the main geographical areas and regions of China about 2030. In this way, passengers can travel from Beijing to Guangzhou in less than two hours today when a flight between these two destinations consuming three hours ...
The new maglev trains vacuum break all speed records in the industry. Image: cyprussolution.org
experimental stage
also worth mentioning that the scientists themselves recognize that the success so far is only experimental. There is still a huge gap between what was proposed in laboratory situation and the adoption of new technology for practical, everyday use in transportation systems.
This new approach only Maglev technology is being studied, as well as China, U.S. and Switzerland. From a theoretical perspective, these maglev trains could travel in vacuum tunnels at speeds of up to 20,000 miles per hour.
addition to these speeds, which today seem like science fiction but in a few decades could reach these maglev trains recorded advanced two important advantages: the technology uses only a tenth of the fuel required system and its operation generates virtually no noise.
However, a new system of high-speed rail by magnetic levitation train traveling through tunnels under vacuum for the moment is a utopia. The main reason is the astronomical costs of this technology, which are several times those recorded in any of the other technologies available today.
The new magnetic levitation train vacuum break all speed records in the industry. Economic obstacles
The cost per kilometer of a vacuum tunnel system is several times higher than that must be addressed, for example, to develop a metro system with current technology, ranking in the order of 30 billion. Consequently, the new technology only now has experimental significance, until their costs to permit its development.
On the other hand, the theoretical limits of magnetic levitation trains vacuum tunnels seem nonexistent, but reality says otherwise. So that Chinese scientists recognize that reaching a speed of 20,000 kilometers per hour is impossible in technical and economic terms, although theoretically feasible.
On the contrary, it seems possible to reach speeds around 1,000 kilometers per hour, but will also be necessary to achieve various developments in terms of passenger safety. According to Bin Shuai, and can be considered dangerous for people to board a magnetic levitation train tunnels under vacuum with an average speed of over 350 kilometers per hour.
New Chinese trains, capable of doubling the speed reached by the magnetic levitation trains currently under development, such as in the case of the Japanese models, they can occur on an experimental prototype in the next two three years. Between 2020 and 2030, meanwhile, would materialize their operation in China. Pablo Javier

summit accuses Chavez of being undemocratic and world leaders to seek only an agreement to save face. "We must reduce all emissions that are destroying the planet," said Chavez. "That requires a change of economic model we must move from capitalism to socialism."
The transcript of the interview by clicking "Read more"
AMY GOODMAN: You sell more oil to the U.S. than any other country except Canada. His economy depends on oil, but you are here at a summit on climate change. What is your proposal?
PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ: The problem is not oil. The problem is how they use oil. The U.S. is the big spender of oil and all the planet's resources. Oil is a valuable resource for life, heating, electricity. We will have to be moving toward a post-oil era. And it's part of what must be discussed. Find new sources of energy. And that requires research. That requires investment. And those who should assume the primary responsibility are developed countries in the world.
AMY GOODMAN: What level are you willing to emissions reduction?
PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ: A hundred percent. Should be reduced to one hundred percent of emissions. In Venezuela, our emissions are negligible compared to developed countries' emissions. So we agree ALBA-and peer-to reduce all emissions that are destroying the world. But that requires a paradigm shift in lifestyle. A change of economic model, move from capitalism to socialism. That is the fundamental solution and true.
AMY GOODMAN: How did you end up with capitalism?
PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ: As they did in Cuba. There. As we are doing in Venezuela. Giving power to the people. Taking away the power of economic elites. Can only be done through a revolution.
AMY GOODMAN: What is your opinion about the speech Obama gave today?
PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ: It's a great frustration. I think Obama could be ... could go down in history as one of the biggest frustrations has been for many people, not for me but for many people in America who voted for him. Saw it as a hope ... it got to make changes. But he has been giving continuity to the aggressive policies of Bush, the imperial policies.
AMY GOODMAN: An example of that?
PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ: The war. I told Obama, when he took the initiative to come to greet us at the Summit of the Americas and call.
speak several minutes, and said, "Obama, we will work for peace in Colombia. It is what I propose. To appoint a team to analyze the problem." But absolutely nothing. Now being installed seven military bases in Colombia. This is an example, nothing more.
And in Iraq and Afghanistan, Guerrerro policy. Guantanamo is a great frustration. And I'm sorry, not for us. You are American. I feel sorry for you because you really deserve a government that addresses the problems of the U.S. population, which is sure to dominate the world and only the U.S. government to end poverty in America, poverty, inequality, which is becoming bigger, unemployment, families in the street, homeless, without social security, sickness. I hope you have a government that truly meets. And then, of the world, peace the world.
AMY GOODMAN: The U.S. government calls you a "dictator." What is your response?
PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ: I laugh. I laugh. It is the rule that called me a dictator. I'm glad. And I remember Don Quixote, Sancho was going to, you know, and barking dogs and Sancho said: "We bite, we are going to bite." And Don Quixote said, wise: "Quiet Sancho, that if the dogs bark, it is because we are riding." I would be very sad, worried, if the imperial government to call me "big Democrat." No. They are the rule, pleasing to those who really are building real democracy.
Thank you, we gotta go. Thanks. Good luck. "Good luck."

What sin has been committed Belarus?
Al
Lokot
Sovetskaya Rossia
Translated from Russian by Jehoshaphat S. Comin
Shield of the Republic of Belarus
West continues to develop new methods of pressure on the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko Grigorevich. Western circles are very unhappy with the Lukashenko's landslide victory in the presidential elections of December 19 (80% support). Is extremely concerned about the situation of the "democratic opposition in Belarus, which collected in the elections a tiny number of votes. It is clear that these results the opposition to some might claim. But Western propaganda are called "civil society", financed them makes them economically and the image of "opposition persecuted." Meanwhile, President Lukashenko, who supports the people, is described as "dictator." Against him and any penalty Belarus announces the ban on travel to the countries of the European Union, cut credit lines, restrictions on the import of Belarusian assets freeze Belarusian companies. A real economic blockade accompanied by a visceral and massive information attack directed against the leader of a European state enjoys greater support and respect. Unfortunately some Russian media are added on purpose to cover attacks in the West against Lukashenko.
What irks both the U.S. and its European allies in Lukashenko's policy? The deputy parliamentary group of the CPRF in the Duma and member of parliament of the Union of Belarus and Russia, Anatoli Lokot, explains to us:
anti-communist hysteria of the West, Lukashenko, I would say that not only is related to the Belarusian elections and the opposition rally, but rather with the policy of alliances to the east of Lukashenko. For Western Europe, "enlightened", Lukashenko has not fulfilled its primary role: to break relations with Russia. Lukashenko, and this is something I want to emphasize especially, has signed all agreements with the Russian Federation for the creation of a customs union for the creation of a unified economic space in the former Soviet Union. And not only has signed on as leader of Belarus. All these agreements have been ratified by parliament Belarusian ...
was precisely Lukashenko, despite all the complications and delicate moments that arose on the initiative of some Russian political figures, who drives the process of creating a common economic space and who persevered in fulfilling agreements within the framework of the Union of Belarus and Russia. It is the concept of "union" means any form of existence of the union in the space of the former USSR, resulting in the tremendous irritation in Western Europe and the U.S..
West had finally to achieve two brothers feud countries. Western strategists long-standing dream to turn Belarus into a Russian enemy. Lukashenko has been pushing for Russia to be isolated from a deep abyss. It must be stressed, isolated not the rulers of Russia, which is to be distinguished by the correction in the forms of treatment to Lukashenko, but Russia as a power, our people, so that there is no chance of revival, restoration of the Union State.
But Lukashenko has always been and remains the most convinced supporter of reunification, and it is in a Union State of Belarus and Russia, where he sees the best hope of rebirth and salvation. This is precisely why Belarus is declared by the EU and the U.S. as a pariah, outcast, a target to which "fire" with all his "weapons" political and economic.
"It follows that those representatives of the Russian Federation from time to time to allow Lukashenko undiplomatic statements, they are playing into the enemy forces of the Union of two Slavic brothers.
"Those who maintain an anti-Lukashenko, and this is something that has grown tired of repeating the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and to write" Sovetskaya Rossia "- must bear in mind that policies are always alternatives to Lukashenko policies to the West and not Russia. The European Union makes every effort to help up to power in Belarus to these forces, and they continue to be so jealous all the events that take place in Belarus. While for Americans it is important that the head of each state has a leader who can control.
That is precisely the profile that keeps the candidates for president of the Belarusian opposition. It brings absolutely not care if the citizens of Belarus living good or evil. The important thing is to lead the country into the orbit of Western influence, apart from Russia. Leaving Russia without allies, with its western borders unprotected.
Al
After the EU and the U.S. do not care if Lukashenko is a dictator or a liberal. Just worry about a thing which is oriented towards Lukashenko.
"It is therefore clear that what is important for the Belarusian president was not to fall into provocations, not to get in fights that could be expensive for the common interests of the Union.
-Lukashenko has shown a huge hold in critical situations, it has managed to rise above the personal attacks. Therein lies the defense of state interests, the strength of a leader of a country, the real leader of a nation.
"And that he has had to endure all kinds of provocations, the garbage that has been dumped on him from the Russian media ...
"But Lukashenko has managed to overcome on the atmosphere of harassment and sign all the treaties with Russia. Of course, Lukashenko was made perfect by doing this for the good and the future of our peoples, to restore the unity of both countries.
"The people admired the honesty, sincerity of Belarusian President ...
"From my point of view, the greatest skill that a head of state must have is the ability to address the people in an open, explain the reasons for the policy being carried out. Our politicians since the days of Gorbachev, speaking with meandering sentences. They talk a lot, everything and nothing.
against Lukashenko is much more concrete, emotional, their speeches are full of pain ... It is difficult to withstand such pressure, blockages. Belarusians appreciate your sincerity. His sympathies are on the side of President Lukashenko, a true leader and statesman, looking toward the future. Anatoli

The suffering caused by the changes in the organization of work in the last twenty years, particularly in large corporations are already embedded in the lives of millions of workers. The human costs resulting from restructuring, mergers, closures and relocations, it must now add the most violent and destructive of that suffering: the suicides on the job.
With the advent of Taylorism workers already suffered the consequences of the fragmentation of manufacturing processes and its division into repetitive tasks. These new methods were intended not only increased productivity. Reflect the will of capital, not only depriving the workers of the fruits of their labor but also their physical and mental energy and knowledge.
Fordism was the capital's response to the increasing willingness and ability of workers to organize within and outside of work and to withstand the most extreme forms of exploitation. With the neo-Taylorism, the capital - thanks to new methods of "management" - not only has strengthened its control and its hegemony over the production processes and workers, but also, has become more widespread and exten-Diender a planetary level, beyond borders and continents. ("Not only are we witnessing the end of history but also the end of geography" - Paul Virilio). This new Taylorism, or "management" in the American, it unfolds in two areas: the intensification of production and the conquest of new markets on the one hand and, on the other, the control and subjection of the worker these goals ...
As highlighted in the review of the book by two French sociologists ("Suicide et travail. That faire? PUF Paris in September 2009), these new methods originate disorders posicológico order to go beyond "mere" suffering at work. So far, remember, the worker - even under tight control, developed forms of support and solidarity that somehow allowed him to protect. Out of office or factory, in addition to recovering what the researcher defines as a form of "eccentricity" a "breathing space" that only belonged to him. The new "management" not only seeks to impose more intense pace of work and objectives increasingly difficult to achieve. It is also designed to break, through different scientific methods, the old forms of solidarity that weave themselves in among workers. Consecuenia imposes a climate of "challenge" permanent and interpersonal competition, which affects all categories. Not only the employee and the worker, but also the coach and the executive. The former "team spirit" is beneficial for production, but dangerous for the possibilities of autonomy and capacity for initiative that offered the employee has been terminated. With a single goal: to reduce to end their "breathing space." The introduction of rigid production processes based on a total disconnect between the design tasks and run, degrade the edge allowed the individual sense of work well done and prevented the emergence of forms of solidarity, either explicit or cloaked.
gives us in his review your interpretaación this extreme act, the suicide at work, as it closely linked to the emergence of these new forms of organization. According to her, "human subject" at being unable to "bury" or go unnoticed ("pour faire are trou") in the shop or office, has no alternative but to "be removed from the world ..." suicide. And throws us a message or a warning: we can all be stripped of our humanity, that bastion permitre we live or continue living.
Suicides in "France-Télécom
In France, the wave of suicides caused by these methods, had a strong resonance in the media and public opinion to the point of provoking an intervention by government. Since 2007, suicides were multiplied in several large companies, particularly in the privatized companies as Renault, EDF (Electricité de France), and especially France-Telecom.
The latter company, with over 100,000 employees mostly officers, was privatized in 1991 and launched a fierce competition for leadership, which imposed drastic changes in your organization. In a traditional concept of public service companies, spent no transition to a competitive model at all costs, based on commercialization of its "products" and a mobility and a permanent change - both internally and geographically - of its staff (each three years for executives and five for technicians).
In 1990, its CEO publicly referred to "fashion" of suicides. Four days after this declaration, an employee of France-Télécom jumped out the window of his office. In the course of the year and a half, there were 23 suicides, qualified this time of "accidents." Until March 2010, the director was sacked and his replacement officially deplored the effects of stress arising from the "management" and stated its willingness to negotiate with the unions a new organization and "put the man in the middle of work" .
makeup of offering a new discourse on "human capital growth of the company" did not fundamentally change the work climate in France-Telecom. At the end of 2010 there had been 5 new suicides. Moreover, during the past five years, the company's 75,000 employees had been forced to change jobs, mostly to priority sectors such as trade. As for retirees, especially officials, were replaced gradually by youth with precarious contracts, accepting and working overtime on Saturdays.
The reason for these changes was summarized in a statement the new director: "We are a private company, we operate in a highly competitive industry and must make profits." As suicides stated: "We are faced with personal dramas, a priori, have nothing to do with our company. "
The price of the Chinese economic miracle
Suicides in the work are not obviously a social phenomenon that affects only a particular country, but the extreme consequence of new forms of work organization that adopts the transnational capital to capture new markets and dealing with its competitors, to maximize their benefits, to extort money from workers and take away their ability to resist.
The great "brands" that operate worldwide, have adopted and generalized these new methods. In particular those operating in the next calling themselves "The great factory of the world ", that is China. So, Apple, Dell, Sony, Havlett-Packard among others, operate and assemble their products in the territory chino.Las industrial plants that manufacture electronic components for these companies belong to a group Taiwanese used in Shenzhen, a huge industrial center located 40 km from Hong Kong, with 420,000 workers.
Nobody had talked about this center, neither the press nor the western China, had it not been for the wave of suicides and social conflicts that have affected workers. What are the causes of these deaths?: the lives and working patterns imposed by the multinational employees of the Taiwanese firm operating in China (manufacturer, among others, Apple I-Pod.) Most FoxCom employees (all aged between 18 and 24 years), working under unbearable pressure, six days a week, 16 hour days and earned wages that were initially 100 euros per month. After the scandal and the reactions to these deaths, wages were increased by 20% initially and later, 66% to 245 euros per month.
qu Needless to say, China is abundant in such conflicts and dramas. In any case, Shezhen is one of the clearest examples of the conditions under which it is developing the "economic miracle Chinese.
Other countries, others killed by suicide
would also cover the case of Japan, which registered in 2009 a total of 269 suicides in the job, officially recognized as occupational diseases. " The Japanese government, modestly, pledged to combat this phenomenon "fighting unemployment and controlling the working methods of the enterprise."
seems that in Spain, this phenomenon does not exist or has not transferred until the Wall information. We can however recall a conflict that once had a great impact until, after waking the interest of newspapers, was virtually ignored in their consequences. We refer to the struggle of the Sintel workers who had - apart from the loss of their jobs - a dramatic finish. Eleven workers were killed, seven and four suicide because of stress caused by having the city who improvised in the center of Madrid.

Egyptian Women Protest against eviction of Tahrir Square
The U.S. Embassy in Egypt issued a report in April 2008 on the strike day 6 in the industrial city of Mahalla and the protests that spread to Cairo.
In this report, revealed by Wikileaks, it reads: "What happened in Mahalla is significant (...) has entered a new organic force of opposition that apparently defies political labels and is unrelated to the Muslim Brotherhood. This may force the government to change its script. (...) What happened on April 6th joined forces several opposition activists with many Egyptians, through the call to strike on Facebook, which has brought together 70,000 fans in the network, and has garnered significant national attention. The link user Facebook's middle and upper classes with their counterparts in poor Mahalla factories has created a new dynamic. "The report is titled: Mahalla: isolated incident or the tip of the iceberg?
The answer soon come. From this strike has not been a week without protests, demonstrations and strikes in Egypt. The report itself attributed the causes of such a price rise, corruption, pro-US and pro-Israeli stance of the Mubarak regime and the dramatic situation of the country's lower classes. and highlights how significant that the Muslim Brotherhood were distanced from those demonstrations.
Despite reports like this, the West has for years endeavored to present the Middle East as conditioned primarily by religion, in a role play rough and child social presenting masses of bearded fanatics, without feelings, without overtones . Stereotypes childish, simplistic and even racist have primacy in the analysis of many think-tanks and the reports of governments ...
The Egyptian revolution has revealed that not all Muslims are Islamists, who are Democrats Islamists, Arab non-Muslims and Muslims who want secular states. Middle East that there are workers, men and women, social demands and progressive and secular ideals, including socialists, communists or atheists. A serious analysis of the Egyptian revolution can not leave out class struggle, poverty and foreign interference as the root causes of the outbreak of the protests.
Mubarak has fallen, but thousands of Egyptian workers in virtually all industrial sectors are leading the strike to demand back wages, raising the minimum wage to trade unions controlled by the regime, the creation of free trade unions , recovery or self-management by workers in public enterprises have been closed or sold, and nationalization. Consider that the real revolution will only occur when there is food and rights for all.
Since 2004 he has been in Egypt more than 3,000 workers' protests. The Egyptian labor activism has been one of the largest social movements Arab world in recent decades and yet has been almost absent in the information pages of the Western media. The U.S. and European governments should take responsibility for supporting for years to Mubarak and his regime. And some media outlets would have to ask whether it is rigorous and realistic to be guided by the theories they are told they work for those governments. Olga Rodriguez

4 Year Old Birthday Rhyme
Karl Marx (1818-1883) by Borisov, Zhamin and Makarova
Founder of scientific communism, the great revolutionary, teacher and leader of world proletariat, creator of the proletarian political economy. Marx was born on May 5, 1818 in Trier, a town in Rhineland, Germany. In 1841 already completed their university education. Suddenly freed from the influence of idealism prevalent at the time. In 1842, twenty-four years old, was appointed editor of the "Rhenish Gazette" in Cologne. And then hold the idea that is to be abolished private property in a revolutionary way, and from the standpoint of revolutionary democrat goes to communism. Marx wrote that the work in the newspaper "has given the first impulse to my studies of economic issues, Marx was able to create scientific communism and proletarian political economy only thanks to capitalism and the labor movement had reached a certain level in its development. By the mid-forties, has just made the transition from capitalism to the manufacturing phase of the great machine industry. Capitalism not only dominated in England but also in major countries Western Europe and the United States. Began to sharpen the contradictions inherent in the inner nature of capitalism. Under the conditions created by the industrial revolution, the stratification of society was made ever more rapidly, the bourgeoisie began to turn into a reactionary force, the proletariat appears as an independent force fighting the bourgeoisie as a whole ...
The Germany of those days where he had crystallized a tense situation revolutionary, became the hub of all the contradictions of capitalism. This is why, precisely, that Germany should become the center of the revolutionary movement the homeland of scientific communism. Marx and Engels critically examined the doctrines of his predecessors and led to a revolution in the social debt and put at the service of the advanced class: the proletariat. Lenin wrote: "Marx was a great follower and crowning of the three main ideological currents of the nineteenth century belonging to the three most advanced of mankind: classical German philosophy, classical English political economy and French socialism.'' After critically rework all the scientific evidence of previous social science, Marx and Engels made a revolutionary change in philosophy and created proletarian philosophy. Having reached the conclusion that social being determines social consciousness Marx showed that what primarily determines the whole structure of society is economic production relations among men, relationships, in turn, depend on the status of forces material productive. It concluded Marx inferred that the analysis of economic relations and the objective economic laws that are proper is of paramount importance. Marx and Engels brilliantly analyzed the economic laws of capitalism. Printed a revolutionary upheaval to economic theory to create a truly proletarian political economy scientific. As indicated by Lenin, Marx's economic doctrine is the essence of Marxism. Marx elaborated his economic doctrine fighting and petty-bourgeois political economy, based on the critical assimilation of all that had given the previous history of social sciences. The young Marx's economic ideas found their reflection in the book "Sacred Family" (1845), written with Engels. This is an eminently philosophical work, but it also discusses issues of political economy. Precisely in this book Marx and Engels' approach to the theory of labor value. In the years 1844-1846, Marx worked hard on issues of political economy and wrote the "Critique of Politics and Political Economy." The manuscript has not survived, their drafts were published in 1932 in Germany under the title "Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts." Discussed in this paper the problems concerning wages, profit, a ground rent, property, division of labor and a few others. Marx and Engels wrote yet another big job: "The German Ideology" (1845-1846), great value for the formation of political economy not only of capitalism but also of socialism. In 1847 Marx wrote the play "The Poverty of Philosophy" in response to Proudhon's book "Philosophy of Poverty." In the work of Marx, proletarian political economy takes a further step. Marx tried it for the first time, the economic research methodology, ie, developed the problems of the application of dialectic materialism, political economy, revealed the essence of the interests of political economy as an expression of relations of production continued to investigate issues such as division of labor, the primitive accumulation of capital, the three phases development of capitalism, competition and monopoly of the transformation of the economic struggle in political struggle, and others.
Marx ago a valuable contribution to the development of political economy with his "Wage Labour and Capital" (1849). It made it the law of value, it shows that this law works through price fluctuations on the value, sets forth the classic definition of capital as a relation of production, explains the essence of commodity fetishism, etc. Corona scientific work of Marx and Engels in the forties the "Communist Manifesto" (1848), written by the two jointly commissioned by the League of Communists. " This book presents a coherent manner in the form of classic findings of the research results conducted by the founders of Marxism in various fields of knowledge, particularly in the field of political economy provides a comprehensive and scientific understanding militant action program of the proletariat. The work of the decade we initiated the study of problems of political economy on the basis of the new method and present in the light of dialectical materialism major economic categories. In 1859 Marx published the book "Contribution to the Critique of Political Economy, which circumstantially discussed the problems of commodities and money, the dual character of labor and commodity labor, of constant and variable capital, the theory of surplus value. In 1863 Marx wrote a manuscript that is bulky, its content, an outline of the four volumes of Capital. " The core of this manuscript has been published under the title of "Theories of Surplus Value." The manuscript was not published during the lifetime of Marx and Engels. Kautsky published it in 1905-1910, who was allowed to write it revisionist distortions introduced; only Almost 100 years after it was written, this work has been published in the USSR as Marx wrote. In 1867 was released the first volume of Capital. " Marx worked hard in the second edition of this first volume, prepared by German and French editions, but could not do all the work required to publish the entire work, his main scientific work. The closest friend and collaborator of Marx, Engels, carried out a lot of work to prepare for the publication of volumes II and III of Capital.'' Volume II was released in 1885, the III, in 1894, shortly before the death of Engels. To "Capital" was carried to term revolutionary transformation of political economy and created proletarian political economy. The first volume of this work is devoted to analyzing the production process of capital and relates to the cardinal problem of the research: the origin and the production of surplus value, the theory that "constitutes the cornerstone of economic theory Marx "(VI Lenin). The second volume is devoted to analyzing the process of circulation of capital. In the third volume examines capitalist production and circulation as a whole, and the ways in which the goodwill and relations of capitalism are present on the surface of society bourgeois. The fourth and final volume contains the critical history of political economy. The investigation of the laws of capitalist production allowed Marx to determine the place of the latter in the history of the development of human society, show that it is inevitable collapse of capitalism and its replacement by communism. Marx showed that capitalism prepares all the material prerequisites for the socialist revolution, while creating its own gravedigger, the proletariat. The theory of proletarian revolution, socialist, and the doctrine of the dictatorship of the proletariat are the key findings of all the scientific and revolutionary Marx. The enemies of communism have stated on more than one occasion that, today, Marx analyzed capitalism has radically changed in nature, which, say, Marx's conclusions have expired. But life proves every day that the fundamental nature of capitalism has not changed, no basic contradictions have disappeared or the exploitation of workers. Also today the leading ideas of "Capital" encourage the working class around the world in the revolutionary struggle and exert an enormous influence on the whole course of world history. In "Das Kapital", we find the explanation not only the past but also the scientific forecast future, the characterization of the revolutionary activity of the working masses that capitalism leads to its inevitable collapse and its replacement by communism. The victory of Marxist ideas has found its manifestation in the Great October Socialist Revolution, the formation of the world socialist system. Marx laid the foundation of the political economy of communism. In the works of Marx and foremost in his "Critique of the Gotha Programme" (1875), presents the fundamental features of communism. Marx's name will survive the centuries. "The doctrine of Marx is powerful because it is true" (VI Lenin). Takes over more and more of the popular masses and is a great material force. No doctrine, no theory has played or has played in the history of mankind a similar role. After the death of Marx and Engels, Lenin raised Marxism to a new stadium, was developed in its application to new conditions. The large and successful teaching of Marxism-Leninism is enriched by the new experience of the struggle of countries building socialism and communism, the struggle of the revolutionary workers' movement in capitalist countries and national liberation movement against the yoke imperialism. The Marxist-Leninists, generalizing experience, bring a new contribution to Marxist-Leninist theory.

Day XXIII, St. Peter of Atacama
Now, just only now we can say that the group of travelers as a whole far has survived the intense geothermal activity of region Copiapo.
From San Pedro de Atacama, Chilean ultimate destination assure our physical after undergoing two seismic events like just sincere only.
The first took place last Tuesday morning, hovering around 10. In separate parts of Copiapo Residential Rodríguez, Santiago Gonella, the speaker, and his namesake Federico Cuesta Campos slept peacefully, preparing to visit the nearby beaches of English Bay. Suddenly, the shaking of the beds, walls and almost anything animated or not despertáronnos sleep.
The mini-earthquake, about 20 seconds long, did not reach to cause greater impression on anyone, because we were still in a state of drowsiness. Later we found out that there had been an earthquake that marked 5.6 on the Ritcher scale Juan Ignacio.
As shown in the picture above, just hours after the quake, we are still deeply concerned about what we experienced.
These are the English Bay hot tubs, beach located 6km from Caldera, where we stayed two nights before coming to San Pedro.
The second night of the above, we found making the desktop a few Excelsia noodles with tomato sauce prepared by the grace of Frederick Cuesta, when suddenly, the gaze and dismayed at SG Gonella, made us understand that the shake table was not the product of any of us, but the movement of subduction of the Nazca plate. Gradually the trembling increased and then decreased gradually, lasting all this a total of 5 (long) seconds.
Our proximity to the sea (that roared louder) led us to consider the option of fleeing desperately, until a couple of Chileans calmed us claiming that it was just an earthquake and there was no risk of tsunamis. This deeply glad to Federico Campos, who managed to smoking 32 cigarettes in just 27 seconds.
few days earlier we had been staying at the camp in Pisco Elqui, a Elqui Valley.
It was a place for reflection and inner search, a path to personal fulfillment and self reliance.
Anyway, a guitar, some pisco, and a mega stove installed in the center of the place is transformed into a grand orgy of dancing bodies in unconscious state.
As shown in the image on the left, Chileans were quite biased, and drunk enough to celebrate with his fists to the center stating "Respect", "Respot", "Spot" and other exclamations we have not been able to decode correctly.
Last but not least, find this portrait of "Creampie" Gonella, along with Rodriguez, dog loyal and obedient (in addition to "Good Guy", according to statements from Campos purple boxer).
The dog was our faithful friend for almost the entire stay in the Valley, and all deeply regret having to eat it due to lack of canned food. Our best memories for him.
Now, ladies, gentlemen and loved interplanetary, we have completed this post, hurry Marie (owner of the hostel in San Pedro), who wants to turn off the Wi Fi. Go for good measure
